ABOUT ZWERKZ CONCEPT
Push limits with new concepts and technology
ZWERKZ started after the first project footy prototype with 3D printing. And from there onwards we have been working with few designs and testing methods to improve the connecting sections and better shell strength for the hulls.

IOM MANTA 2017 3D

The original design was done in Freeship by Andreas and we have modelled it according to our flavour giving some twist to the deck design.

RG65 MANTA 3D
Test printed with Colorfabb XT-CF20.
This design was done by Andreas as well and it has been tested with ColorFabb XT-CF. Make sure your printer calibrated properly before printing and use hardened steel nozzle.
If you do not have hardened steel nozzle it's time for upgrade!

RG65 ORION EDGE Zwerkz Remix (OeZ)
Finally it's here and we are satisfied with the design.
This design came from Roland and we thought it should be in our catalogue as well. Hull requires roughly around 10hours, internal parts such as servo tray, rudder post, sail servo tray, keel box included and need roughly about 3-4 hours to print them out. And best part is the bumper requires only 20 minutes to print.
